If an item is out of stock or on pre order please allow 7-21 days turn around time for pieces to made.
when items are purchased, standard uk delivery is £5 and should arrive within 3-5 days.
International postage is £16 and should arrive within 5-7 days.
We do not offer returns at ZAK LDN as we run an exchange only policy.
As each child differentiates in size we understand that not all items will fit children as expected sometimes and we will accept exchanges for this reason.
You must contact us within 7 days (for UK customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date, to receive an exchange.
If Your item does not fit as desired, please email us at email@example.com stating the following:
1.The original email/name you used when purchasing the item & your order number
2.The item purchased
3.The size of the item you ordered, and reasons as to why you are exchanging
4. The item you would like it to be exchanged for (items can only be exchanged for pieces of the same value).
We will then provide you with an address to return your item to.
Please note that ZAK LDN does not cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We kindly ask that you get proof of postage with an insured delivery option to be confident that the item will be returned to us safely. Please note that ZAK LDN does not issue any warranty for items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are delivered safely and successfully back to us.
Items will need to be unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags.
Once returned we will review the item and check that all requirements have been met.
ZAK LDN reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item/s is returned in its original condition, we will exchange the item and ship this out to you.
If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you with a Credit Note. This can be used within one year of original purchase.
Care instructions are given inside of your parcel to help keep the quality of the items long lasting.
DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged. Please do the same as above and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of original purchase.
